When working together, I always remark to my clients that communicating is more about CLARITY than CORRECTNESS.馃挕

The idea of how proper a language sounds when they speak stresses them because they think of how far they have to go to make it perfect!

I know it might sound controversial, but in the real world, does a grammar mistake matter? Or is it more important to you to understand a work email? Or if you understood a customer so that you can go ahead and take action?

Languages are tools to get the results you want.
